EtonDigital design and source code stolen!15th December, 2006

EtonDigital’s much acclaimed website for Thames Valley Pod (www.thamesvalleypod.tv ) has recently been illegally copied by Canadian videocast site www.wavelit.com/.

The theft of the source code was dicovered a few weeks ago, when Wavelit TV launched a website with an identical design, right down to its css source code, to that of Thames Valley Pod.

Upon EtonDigital reprimanding Wavelit, the Canadian company has been hastily reworking their site, in the hope that a few minor changes will disguise their theft. However, their site still features source code copied directly from Thames Valley Pod and, even more shamefully, it has been discovered that the work is that of an internal designer working for Wavelit, and not an externally contracted web developer.
