We’re pleased to announce the completion of a number of great new projects, all going live in the past week or so, starting with the fantastic new AnaIvanovic.com – homepage of top tennis star Ana Ivanovic. The Drupal construction features massive social networking potential, with user profiles, facebook invite compatibility and fan groups, as well as interviews and updates from Ana and all the latest news on her career activities.

We here at EtonDigital make no secret of how much we like Drupal (check our blog for recent posts on the topic) and so it’s no surprise we’re quite liking the look of the newest addition to the Drupal product range – Drupal Gardens, which aims to remove the need for Drupal users to download code to run off their own servers, and instead offers a browser based interface (much like Wordpress) for managing blogging, forums, social integration and loads more.

Amazon Web Services has recently announced the launch of a tidy looking new tool – the Import/Export service, which in essence allows clients to move large quantities of data from their own servers to Amazon’s buckets (and vice versa) without having to do it over the internet (portable storage devices are instead employed). The service is out of limited beta and is currently available only for US users – with full global launch expected soon.
