Eton Digital celebrated its 6th birthday! On Saturday, we threw a celebration (New Year-themed) party and honoured our colleagues and team members who have been with us for more than 5 years, starting a new tradition in our company.

It’s been six successful years since we opened our office in Serbia, working on amazing projects, with creative, open-minded people able to share and harness their knowledge. Those remarkable people, who now count more than 60 professionals, are our family, not just our team members.

There are many reasons a person stays in a company for more than five years, we believe it’s passion, teamwork and integrity.

To break it down, it all comes to company culture: building a company that reflects your culture and creating a culture that rewards.

We believe a company needs to value and recognize the things we in general do well, thus we reinforce those achievements and behaviour, that’s what we do.

This year, seven of our colleagues received an award certificate and a Pebble Steel smartwatch for their creative, hard work in Eton Digital for more than 5 years.  These are our rewarded collegues: Dusan Stojanovic, Front end developer,  Goran Tosev, Web and iOS Developer, Predrag Petkovic, Drupal Developer, Oliver Stankovic, Senior Web Developer, Damjan Gataric,  Senior Project Manager, Stanislava Stojanovic Novoselac, User Experience & User Interface Designer, and Vladimir Tosev, Developer.
